Choco Fondue ♥

Two post a day. 

Not bad. 

Getting active in blogging again.

So I made myself a cook this semester break. 

This is not the first thing I have ever cook. 

There were a few but I didint bother to take photo

cause they are way too ordinary. 

Speaking of Chocolate Fondue.

It's is weird how I knew all along how to make this

but I never actually do it. 

LOL Lazy bug huh?

Yeah, maybe it's because today is the anniversary

and I didnt get to celebrate with my dear, 

so I just gotta do something to distract myself.

Here it is. My very first try on making Chocolate Fondue. 

There were Mash mellows, apple cubes and banana slices.

getting a lot of likes makes me somehow

satisfied with my work. ♥

不过早餐的时候阿Pei的父母

带我们去吃鸭面~

也是不错吃一下，

不过没拍照...

因为觉得在长辈前这样拍照

很失礼一下~

之前我们去买过一个饮料

很好喝一下的，

在 KL 都没试过的~

真的很好喝呐~~~

总结一下，

在马六甲除了买了一下土产外，

今天也是走走走~

也没有去很远的地方...

我们的brunch，

和记鸡饭粒 ♥

 也是在Jonker Walk里，

也是大排长龙，

也是好好吃~ ♥

我的口水又流出来了~~

其实我从来没有觉得这个那么好玩过

马六甲超废之旅 ♥ Day 1

*6 April 2012*

 Olá!! 

这是葡萄牙语的Hello ♥

阿Pei做司机

他回hometown

我们去玩~ xD

寄宿他家

废人团 = Pei, Edward, Hubby♥ 和我

因为我们已讲起话就很废

xD

很多废废的东西会跑出来

LOL

一开始我们去吃ABC

有榴莲口味的 ♥

不要看他店面小小，

外面大排长龙的啊~

看他简简单单不怎样horr...

But when你吃下去，

你会吃到榴莲肉啊啊啊啊~

这个才震惊好不好...O__O

连平常小碗的ABC的吃不完的我，

竟然会有冲动想要第二碗，

就知道它的魅力多大~

*现在想起，我又流口水了 (•q•) *

然后我们就在Jonker Walk逛丫逛~ 

然后就拍拍拍...

这次都是用手机拍，

因为我很聪明的忘了带相机...

忘了一个人多少钱了，

总之不是很贵就是了...

很不错吃下的，

可惜我这个挑食的人只爱吃

腐皮和鸟蛋 /__\  

 晚上是疯狂的时间xD

我们去看《鬼机8号》 的半夜场！

夸张的是，

半夜竟然还那么多人，

还几乎满座 =__=

12.40am呐~

其实当时真的很想睡 LOL

没有很好看而已 =p

完场，走路回去，睡觉

Vietnam Trip Day Four

Still, we were wandering around the market

and finding souvenirs for our friends...

 

 

# Look of the day

It was almost the same look everyday

because the fancy clothes I brought

couldnt stand the coldness there!! 

Well, it was really cold so I decided to buy myself a hat(?)...

(or something that's hat-like)

Look pretty silly I know

but at least my ears were not feeling cold after wearing it...

If you ever noticed, 

my face were rounder here compared to the first day photo...

OMG @__@

And so, we went eating Bun Cha and 

the ice with fruits and condensed milk AGAIN!!

xDD

Look at my bro's silly face!! LOL

After that, we went to visit the oldest church in town...

I'm not a Christian but I always have the passion to look into 

religion stuff and get to know about it...

This is it!! So nice right??

Dont know why, 

I felt peace in my heart when I'm near to this place...

The Christian should know what is this right??

If I'm not mistaken, 

this is a scene where Jesus was born...(?)

Correct me if I'm wrong...=)

So, after the visiting, 

we went for late lunch...

This is the place...

Didnt order too much food

cuz we gotta save space for dinner...

xDD

Just this... Mushroom cream soup for me...

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the part where 

we went to the wholesale market and look for souvenir...

It was really crowded there

and people would like keep pushing when they pass through...

Ishh, I really hate that when people do that to me!!

Cant they simply say "Excuse me."?

Where is the manners? 〉_〈

There we are, choosing souvenir...

Bought a few stuff for our friends...

Considered them as affordable due to their nice hand-made stuff...

Okay, then the dinner part...

This building located just blocks away from my dad's place...

It was considered as a high class restaurant in the area...

The menu looks like jug of beer... LOL

 

 

 1) Fried squid

2) Fried chicken cutlet

3) Fried cheese

4) Grilled pork in beer

Well, I gotta say, 

the fried cheese is SUPER awesome!!!

I cant find any of restaurant have something like this...

Hmm...So tasty till I'm gonna miss it when I'm back to KL...

This is my last night in Vietnam...

I'm going back to KL soon...=D

Vietnam Trip Day Three

Day three started off with breakfast in a really nice place...

Still feeling cold.../__\

Okay, so the breakfast place...

The environment was nice...

It was like an old time kopitiam...

But the different is, 

this place is for rich people...

Ordinary people in Vietnam cant afford to have meals here...

Let's understand how they differentiate their level...

In Vietnam, there are only two type of person, 

rich and poor...

There is nothing as medium class there...

And so, if you are a foreigner, 

you are considered a rich person...

Now back to the breakfast...

This is part of what we ordered...

Taste was just okay...

I like my food thought...The fourth...

I think if my hubby is here, 

he is gonna like it too...♥

After that we were still wandering around the town, 

searching for things to buy...

I dont really dare to buy shirts here

because they were just too outdated!! /__\

The ONLY thing I dare to buy is jackets...

Jackets are never gonna be outdated right?

But still, I cant really find a satisfied one...

All because of the weather...

It is winter here so almost all jackets are thick...

If I buy and wear it in Malaysia, 

I'm so gonna get a heat stroke...LOL

Yeah, the days are getting boring and 

photos are reducing...

I'm sorry.../__\

Okay, let's fast forward to the dinner part!! =)

Had our dinner here

It's a french restaurant!!

I guess this is my first time having french food...

The environment seems to be a little bit classy...

Just the way I like it... =)

Cheese were HEAVILY spread all over the steak ♥ 

OMG I so not gonna forget the taste!! 

It is heaven ♥ ♥ 

And desserts

Caramel pudding and creme brulee

Creme brulee is love!! ♥

Finally I've got some mood to camwhore

Vietnam Trip Day Two

Here come the second day of this trip!! =D

Nothing special about today...

You might not seen it from the photo...

 In fact I wore three layers

of shirt inside of my jacket!!

But I still feel like I'm gonna freeze to death...

Today we were just wandering around the market 

which is just few blocks away from my dad's place...

We did what crazy people did

-- EATING ICE IN WINTER!!

LOL That's my mom's idea...

 It is not just any ice...

This bowl of thing has fruits and condensed milk...

Kinda weird combination but I liked it!! ♥

Cant believe I would like it before my first taste...

Well, actually I can do this thing at home

except that I dont have the machine that breaks ice into pieces...

We skipped breakfast because when we wake up, 

it was almost noon...

So the ice was considered as our brunch...=p

As for our dinner, we had hotpot

which I totally have no mood eating...

I'm a picky person so if there is nothing I feel like I can eat, 

I will not have appetite...

But still, I gotta eat because of my stupid gastric...

I ordered Salmon set but I didnt take any photo of it...

The salmon was pretty fresh...

At least it dont stink when I eat it...

That was beef and bee hoon...

I wonder why the Vietnamese like bee hoon so much

LOL

And a scary incident happened!!

My bro and I saw a shrimp which is still alive

served in our plate!!

I almost scream out loud!!

OMG!! O___O

My dad convinced us that this means they serve fresh seafood

and HE THROW IT INTO THE POT!!!

I almost cried because the shrimp was so pity

and at the same time, I pray for it...

You know what, at that very moment, 

I was thinking to become a vegetarian...

I dont want to see anything got killed in front of me!! 

〉_〈

But seriously, I dont think I would go to 

any hotpot restaurant anymore...

Since my hubby cant eat shrimp and after this incident, 

I dont think hotpot is the thing for us to eat...

So we went back and watch TV again...

Vietnam Trip Day One

What place is Vietnam to me?

Well, honestly, 

I cant tell certainly...

I just know that my dad work there

and this place is not as nice as KL...

(although KL isnt really nice at all)

My flight was at 6.15am

which means I have to go to the airport

by 4 something...

*Breakfast before boarding*

It's a three hours flight and 

FYI the AirAsia food sucks!

I planned to take sunrise photo on the airplane

but unfortunately I'm sitting at the opposite side...

But sky is nice thou...

Nature is pretty amazing huh? ^__^

Finally I reached Vietnam...

First thing we do is went to my dad's apartment there

and settle our luggage...

Did I mention that the place is in Hanoi?

Yeah, now you knew it... LOL

After that we went to the market for our breakfast...

Just when I thought that I wouldnt like the food there, 

this little thingy proved me wrong!!

This is what the Vietnam people called "Bun Cha"...

It is actually Bee Hoon eaten together with

BBQ pork slices & meat pie in special soup/gravy...

It was so tasty that I miss it so much!! LOL

It is also pretty affordable!!

Four of us ate about RM20 

so that make it RM5 per person...

After our breakfast, we went around Hanoi town in a 

car without doors...

(I dont know what it called  =p)

Yeah, I saw a lot of building that looks really antique....

I guess they are still in that antique age? 

See? Most of their shop lots are like this...

 I think this is the most modern building in this area...

It was pretty cold there...

The weather is different in Hanoi...

It is the part which is near the China

therefore it is colder there compared to 

Ho Chi Minh and SaiGon...

I saw the people walking here and there...

I felt like I miss him a lot...

I wish he is here with me...

Yeah, and so, as a tourist, 

we took photo at some so-called nice place

which I totally dont get what is nice there...

LOL

Me with a super tired face...

I didnt sleep for like the whole night!!

All I wanted to do that moment is to sleep...LOL

Waited until my mom complain that she is tired, 

we headed back to my dad's apartment...

This is when I finally get some sleep, 

ON A COUCH!!

Poor me....

I think I look better without glasses

although there are dark circles and eye bags...

For our dinner, we went for Western food

which is my FAVOURITE!! ♥

This is the place!!

The environment is so nice and

the waiters there are so friendly...

=)

The dinner was so good!!

It was better than any western food I had in KL!!

I was busy taking their food and I forget about mine...

Mine is Pork stuffed with cheese and ham in pepper cream sauce...

Pretty tasty too!!

The taste of the cheese that stays in my mouth is just so fascinating!!♥

I'm a cheese lover!! =D

And about the creme brulee, 

it was the BEST creme brulee I've ever had!!

The pudding was so smooth that it would slide down from the spoon!!

Awww ♥ Another love of my life ♥♥

We went back to my dad's place after dinner...

Oh yeah, I need to show you all this!!

The staircase in Vietnam is SUPER narrow...

It only can fit one person and 

it is kinda hard to walk through for a plus size people....

Luckily I'm not staying there...Phew~

So this is my first day here in Vietnam...

I shall call it a day here...
